Island Style understands the importance of receiving your package on time. We ship in stock items the same or next day on orders received by 4 pm EST. Orders requiring more than 3 business days to process will be notified by email.
YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS
Island Style primarily uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our packages within the contiguous 48 States, however FedEx and the United States Postal Service may also be used for special order products, free shipping orders, as well as some shipping locations outside of the contiguous 48 States.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE
When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation by email, which will contain your order tracking information.
To track your order status on our website, you must sign onto your account.
Please Note: Some special order items may be shipped directly from our vendor. Special order items may be shipped via FedEx. Automated tracking may not be available for special order items at this time.
Any shipping expenses incurred by Island Style including incorrect address entry, shipment refusal or shipment re-route will be charged to the customer account.
Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an Island Style error, Island Style will pay for return Ground shipping costs.
Any international orders that are returned must be marked as “RETURN MERCHANDISE” on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in additional duties and taxes, which will be charged to the customer’s account.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express to ensure package tracking. Shipping cost are based on USPS Global Express rates for weight and shipping destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Any international orders that are returned must be marked as “RETURN MERCHANDISE” on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in additional duties and taxes, which will be charged to the customer’s account.
We ship orders to the United States Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada, and we hope to expand our delivery range to other countries in the near future. Island Trends will consider orders from other countries on an individual basis.
Island Style makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
P.O. BOXES – APO – US TERRITORIES
We ship orders to PO Boxes, APO Boxes and United States Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, US Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note free shipping offers may require street address.
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it’s received. We will email you when the order is shipped. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
US SHIPPING RATES
All US orders are shipped via USPS and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Saturday delivery is only available if prearranged with Customer Service.

If you would like to ship an order internationally, please contact one of our Island Style store locations.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
Please confirm your items are eligible for return.
- All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, or undergarments. These types of sales are final.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you with instruction for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 239-331-5302 to ensure that the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense (does not apply to international orders).

TIPS ON SENDING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:
- Send via insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
- Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
